Visited on a weekday evening with no queue or wait. Atmosphere is decently quiet as there was no crowd. Ordered the white chicken breast and roasted ji wei. Both are well seasoned with the sauce making it salty enough. But rice was mushy and lacked depth in flavour. Appreciate that this stall offers ginger and chili separately. Overall a decent chicken rice with cbd pricing.

New owner who was taught by the old master! Chicken is juicy, fresh, delicious. Rice is perfect and has a good aroma! Chilli sauce and Ginger sauce is perfect accompaniment. Altogether this is a 5 star chicken rice.
If you haven't had it here recently you need to try it again!

Went for an early lunch as we were around the vicinity. Ordered half chicken and other dishes. Half chicken was of reasonable quantity but felt tough and overcooked. What was appalling was the chilli and ginger. The chilli was totally watery and smelt bad. The ginger was totally watery as well, devoid of ground ginger. We asked the waitress to give us fresh containers of chilli and ginger. She did not so but merely gave us the same/similar looking chilli and ginger in the small sauce plates. The fish soup was barely palatable. Am disappointed that the restaurant does not take any pride in preparing the all important accompanying sauces.
