Had came here since young though the standard has dropped a little but it’s still quite acceptable. Had the prata with egg and cheese the kosong and coin prata not too bad and still crispy though I had ordered the mutton curry I would have to say it’s a little on the salty side oh and the fish curry was still pretty good. Would recommend if you want a late night snack near town area.

Came here for supper after dinner and drinks. Had a chicken Maggi goreng with sunny side egg, a double egg prata, and a teh ais. The Maggi goreng was very tasty, probably the entire packet of seasoning was used. Chicken chunks were quite generous as well. Prata was fluffy and fresh, but I thought could use more taste. It was slay airier than I like it, but still nice. Teh ais was very tasty and sweet, typical of good Indian stalls. Total come up to be $13.50.
Service was very prompt for an prata stall, and ambience is typical of one.

Shared double egg prata and Maggi goreng with husband, love the prata especially. It's not the chewy kind like Springleaf, not the fluffy kind like serangoon gardens RK, but it is very palatable and easy to eat. Slightly salted dough, very light and flaky at some parts, very obviously 2 eggs, easy to cut bite and chew, fish curry very mild spice level, not fishy at all. Maggi goreng not bad, huge chicken breast chunks but not tough, Maggi wasn't mixed very well with seasoning, one or two mouthsful I nearly died from saltiness. But well executed, egg has nice orange yolk and fried just right. Teh peng is the usual super sweet Indian prata shop type, also very shiok, not too watered down. Bustling at Friday 10pm but not too crowded, constant turnover of customers, have available seats. Variety of canned drinks available. Service was polite and thoughtful, dude provided 2 sets cutlery with the first dish that we were served, knowing that we would share. Sgd13.5 total, amazing value. Perfect supper place after a night of partying. I will be back.

I had the chicken briyani and teh halia, my friend had egg plata and teh. Since I don't eat much, I asked for half the rice but they still sent a full plate which I had to bring back to the counter to have them remove half the rice. The chicken curry was nothing to shout about, other than it being salty, it was bland. Briyabi rice wasn't good either, no spice just colour. My friend seem to like her prata though.
The place was crowded as it was lunch time and it was hot there, more air circulation would definitely help.
The place had some cookies and small eats available as well but I didn't try any of those.
I've had better briyani and service, so I won't be returning to this place.

Good place for Indian Tamil food. The preparation is a bit Malaysian and the food is delicious. I would recommend trying the fish head curry of king seer fish (vanjiram). Not expensive and worth the spend.
